LOVE pork chops in the crockpot cooked with Ragu (cheese or vegee version, but any will do) and red or white wine!  Sooo tender it falls off your fork!

Since I only like fruity and sweet wines, that&#039;s what I use.  Usually red, but white works, too.  Either way, it&#039;s always good!

While we&#039;re talking alcohol, have you tried cooking with beer?

BBQ chicken in the crockpot.  1 cup bbq sauce, chicken and one can of beer.  Yummy!</description>
